How monthly plans work

Basic and Advanced are recurring monthly subscriptions. A subscription renews at the same monthly price unless Yanko gives notice of a price or plan change before the next renewal. The purchase price and renewal terms shown at checkout are the terms that govern that transaction.

Cancel before the next renewal

A cancellation stops the next renewal and leaves access available through the end of the period already paid for. Cancellation does not automatically create a refund for the period already paid for; refund requests are handled under the separate Refunds policy.

Refund window

Each subscription payment may be submitted for a refund within 7 days of that payment. Requests should be sent from the subscription email and include the payment date, plan name, and a short reason so support can locate the transaction.

Prices and payment

Prices on this page are in Hong Kong dollars. Applicable taxes, card-network charges, or regional price adjustments will be shown before payment where they apply. Yanko only collects a subscription payment when a checkout flow is visibly presented and the customer confirms the purchase. Yanko does not ask for card details by email.
